الممثل او الممثله هو واحد بيعمل ادوار دارميه او اكشن و رومانسو غنائو رياضو وثائقممكن تكون تراجيدى او كوميدى وبيمثلها يا اما بمسرح او فلم او مسلسل لازم الممثل يكون عنده قابليه تمثيل الادوار وليه جاذبيه عاليه عند الجمهور والناس.
تاريخ
اول حالة مسجلة عن اداء ممثل كانت حوالى سنة 534 قبل الميلاد لما الفنان اليونانى ثيسپيس ( Thespis ) طلع على مسرح ديونيوس ( Theatre Dionysus ) و ده كان اول شخص معروف يتكلم الكلمات كشخصية ف مسرحية او قصة. لما انهارت الامبراطورية الرومانية الغربية ف القرنين الرابع والخامس ، اتحول مقر القوة الرومانية للقسطنطينية و الامبراطورية البيزنطية . فيه سجلات ان التمثيل الصامت ، والبانتوميم ، والمشاهد او تلاوات من المآسى والكوميديا ، و الرقصات ، و غيرها من وسايل الترفيه كانت حاجه منتشره. اوروبا زمان ف اليونان القديمه و روما القديمه ، ولحد العصور الوسطانيه ، و ايام ويليام شكسبير ، كان الرجاله هم بس اللى ممكن يكونو ممثلين ، و كانت ادوار الستات تلعبها رجاله او اولاد.[1] بعد استعادة الملكيه ف انجلترا سنة 1660 ، ابتدت الستات ف الظهور على خشبة المسرح ف انجلترا.الايام دى ، الستات بتلعب ساعات ادوار الاولاد او الشباب بالذات ف البانتوميم وبعض الاوبرا.[2]
